23KM, 10 weirs and rapids along the gorgeous River Barrow, from Goresbridge-St. Mullins.
Race Starts at 12:00, Last entries at 11:00 in Goresbridge.
Please follow parking instructions from the Stewarts/Gardai at the start/finish.
Also, all canoes/kayaks should have adequate buoyancy which will be checked before entry to the race. All canoes and enclosed kayak participants must also wear helmets, which are advised for all classes.
