Dear Athletes and Friends of Irish Canoe Slalom,
As previously advised, the AGM of Canoe Slalom Ireland will take place this coming Sunday evening, the 20th of December, at 4 pm at Canoeing Ireland’s training centre in the Strawberry Beds.
The Agenda for the meeting will be:
- The Chairman opens the meeting
- Ascertain that a quorum is present (15 attendees)
- Minutes of the last AGM
- Chairman’s address
- Treasurer’s report
- Consideration of proposals (Three proposals have been received from Tadhg O’Ferrall and are attached with this email)
- Election of the new committee
- Any Other Business
All members of the Irish Canoe Union will be entitled to vote at the AGM, including Junior paddlers over the age of 18 on the 1st of Jan of the year of the General Meeting.
The committee looks forward to seeing as many athletes and members of the extended slalom community as possible at the meeting.
