These trips are aimed at those who have completed a basic training course and who wish to progress their paddling skills on moving water or for those who are interested in progressing to gaining the Level 2 Kayak Skills award. All our trips are led by appropriately qualified Canoeing Ireland Instructors whose aims are improving paddling skills while promoting water confidence with a strong emphasis on safety.
These trips will be run on the River Liffey through the picturesque Strawberry Beds in the Liffey Valley and finish in Canoeing Ireland Training Centre which has its own private parking and changing facilities.
Requirements
- Be over 18 years
- At minimum Level 2 Kayak skills standard
- Be able to swim
