Pool Sessions

We will be running a series of pool sessions in Clondalkin Leisure Centre. These sessions are for those who would like to learn to roll the kayak, Rescue techniques and build confidence in and out f the boat in a safe and warm environment.

Costs

20 euro per session with gear rental available and instruction (Boat,Paddle,Spray deck)

(Note those with their own boat who wish to use small pool the full cost is required)

Book all small pool sessions and get a 15 percent discount

Instructors will be there to give guidance and help with rolling and safety skills

Pool Times

Note Pool Sessions will not start back until October 2015

What you need to bring

All you need to bring is swimwear for the pool. It is recommended that you also have swim goggles, nose-plug and thermal top if the pool environment is new to you.

You should be at the Centre at 20 minutes before sessions begin to change and get the boats fitted for size if you are borrowing and also washed if it is your own boat you are bringing into the pool.

(We recommend that you have your boat washed before hand as it will not be allowed into the pool if it is unclean).
