    Its been fantastic to get out and meet our members Its been fantastic to get out and meet our members and clubs over the last couple of weeks 🚣 We had our final meeting last night in Sligo IT, with meetings held in Kilkenny, Cork, Galway and Dublin to hear the voices of our members on the issues facing them in the coming year 🀝 2023 promises to be a great year of growth for paddlesports πŸ™Œ
    Our Workouts, Wellbeing and Wellness Online series Our Workouts, Wellbeing and Wellness Online series was a brilliant success! πŸ™Œ We welcomed 600 participants to 16 online sessions over a 7 week period. These sessions focused on a range of key areas to paddlesports, as requested by our members 🚣 We are now releasing the recordings of these workshops a digital resource for the paddlesports community.     Thanks to the incredible enthusiasm and engagement Thanks to the incredible enthusiasm and engagement from all in attendance the first ever Canoeing Ireland Instructor Symposium delivered a great weekend of learning and connection for our paddlesports instructors 🀝🚣 In total the event welcomed 56 instructors and Canoeing Ireland staff to engage in 4 brilliant workshops over the weekend to explore the theme of β€˜Better Basics’. These all facilitated by 5 of Ireland’s top educators and Instructors πŸ˜„

    As part of the new continuous assessment process f As part of the new continuous assessment process for Junior & U23 Canoe Sprint Team selection there will an open training and assessment day at Salmon Leap Canoe Club on Sat 18th March 🚣 The time trial assessments on the day will take place over 1000m, 500m and 200m 🏁 Briefing at 10am. First start at 10:45am
