*Week 7 falls on a bank holiday and will only be a 4 day camp

Students will be supplied with all technical equipment needed such as a buoyancy aid or personal flotation device (PFD), helmet and cagoule or windproof jacket however as Kayaking is a wet sport there is a real possibility course participants will get wet during the sessions so each participant is advised to bring with them the following personal gear. The Hub can supply wetsuits but in order to minimise we would recommend that participants bring their own if they have one.

What to bring –

  • Towel
  • Swimwear
  • Thermal top or t-shirt
  • Suitable footwear – bootees or an old pair of runners
