The 2021 issue of Flowstate is live! Its been an incredible year for paddlesports with everything from the highest highs winning medals internationally, getting back to some of our favourite events, and everything in between. In this issue we wanted to capture as much from the members and clubs as we make a full return to events and activity, with the spotlight on a first timers experience of the Liffey Descent, Cabra Kayak Club and of course recognising one of our incredible volunteer. Along with this catch up on all the usual international highlights, with the Olympic and Paralympic Games covered, and of course the incredible Freestyle European Championships.
