As part of the new continuous assessment process for Junior & U23 Canoe Sprint Team selection there will an open training and assessment day at Salmon Leap Canoe Club on Sat 18th March.
The time trial assessments on the day will take place over 1000m, 500m and 200m. There will be an event briefing at 10am with the first start at 10:45. All boats must be 12kg as per competition rules, with weighing facilities available at the event.
