Tickets for the 2024 Canoeing Ireland Awards are now live. Join us on the 16th November to celebrate the volunteers, clubs, athletes and everyone in between as we recognise the accomplishments of the entire paddle sports community over the last year!
As always the Awards are a brilliant night to come together as a community, connect with some old friends and cap off an amazing year on the water for the whole sport. We are hoping to see a big turnout to come and help us recognise the contributions of so many volunteers and individuals who make our sport what it is. Tickets include a three course meal, and excellent keynote speech and a night of music – €65 Adult. €35 Junior (Over 14s).

Karen is a performance psychologist and endurance adventurer. In February 2022, she became the first Irish female to row the Atlantic ocean solo and unsupported and has also paddled around Ireland.
Working within business and sports teams for thirty years, Karen specialises in cognitive and practical coping strategies, pressure management and specific mechanisms for proactive motivation to achieve optimal performance in competitive business and sporting environments.
