What a performance!
The Special Olympics Kayaking Team competed in the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin on the 20th– 24th June.
The team of six athletes did exceptionally well bringing home 11 medals across the 200m and 500m categories! 2 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 2 bronze medals were won in the 500m, and 4 silver medals & 1 bronze in the 200m. We are so proud of the team’s results! Well done to the team and their Coach Declan O’Connell!’
