After and extremely positive AGM we are releasing the 2022 Annual Report and approved Financial Statements for the year 2022. As we come into the final year of the current strategic plan it is a brilliant opportunity to check in on the progress and growth in the sport so far. Particularly in the area of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) where we have become a leading force in making sport available to as many people as possible.
Canoeing Ireland CEO Moira Aston highlighted again the importance of making sport available to as many people as possible, and giving our athletes the support they need to represent us at the highest level.
‘We are champions of the essential role Canoeing Ireland plays in the sporting community. We endeavour to bring people together, enable participation for all and support athletes to achieve their goals. This Annual Report highlights the progress we have made so far and our ambitions for the year ahead.’
