Paddlesurf 2025 Annual Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting (AM) of Paddlesurf Ireland will be held via Online on Monday the 17^th of November 2025 at 8pm.

People registered with Canoeing Ireland are eligible to attend and vote. An Eventmaster link is available below to register for the event. Meeting notice is 28 days prior to event, which has been released on 20^th of October 2025.

Available below are the Paddlesurf committee terms of reference (ToR) and standing order of the discipline committees and our Paddlesurf Ireland Accounts for 2025.

Motions and nominations for the committee positions, along with any questions on the 2025 Accounts, should be submitted by Canoeing Ireland members, who are eligible to vote at the general meeting, to the Paddlesurf Committee at least 14 days prior to AM. The deadline for motions, nominations and queries is the 3^rd of November to the Paddlesurf Secretary paddlesurfsecretary@canoe.ie
