‘Role of the TDU: to support the work of Canoeing Ireland, the continued development and success of the awards scheme and to serve the membership’
The Canoeing Ireland Training and Development Unit, in the lead in to their recent AGM, held a Zoom webinar to roll out a new document defining their role and laying out the key areas where they will focus their development work.
This roll is broken down into 3 key pillars, Safety, Instructor Development and Club Development.
