This plan has been written by the paddling community for the development and advancement of our sport over the next three years and beyond. We are confident that the four strategic priorities of Sustainable Development, Strengthening Leadership, Enhancing Experience, and Athlete Progression will define the direction and ambition for Canoeing Ireland during this time. The strategy is the result of much consultation and dialogue over the last year with our members and stakeholders.
