After a period of consultation with the athletes and members, the Performance Director and the Canoe Sprint Ireland Committee are pleased to publish the official Canoe Sprint Team Selection Policy for 2021. This policy represents a new approach to our selection processes and will serve as the foundation for continual development of our canoe sprint high performance programme well into the future. Thank you to everyone who contributed to its development.
