The annual 10k charity paddle in aid of Rape Crisis midwest takes place on Saturday 14th August. Organised by Limerick Kayaking Academy, Bridge the Gap and Canoeing Ireland, this fantastic event offers a full day out on the water along the river Shannon to the heart of Limerick City. 100% of money raised will go to Rape Crisis Midwest which has provided support and a wide range of services to thousands of people, throughout the three counties of the Midwest.
Entry costs €20 with your own kayak. Or €40 to for entry and to rent a Kayak.
