Introducing the 2022 Canoe Slalom Team. After an extremely competitive selection series we are very excited to announce an extremely strong team for the coming season. This years selection races took place at the Lee Valley White Water Centre, which will play host to the Senior World Championships in 2023. In a promising display for the 2022 season racing was tight across all categories, with the top spots for the series still being up for grabs until the very last run.

In the K1 Men Alistair McCreery landed at the top of the pile, having capped off an extremely consistent series with a win in the last race. Last years stand out K1, Noel Hendrick, was the next athlete in the K1M team. With the most experienced paddler on the team, Samuel Curtis, rounding out the K1M.

Robert Hendrick demonstrated his pace on the London course taking the win in both races in the C1 Mens. Robert showed the benefits of having recently changed his training base to the Lee Valley Centre. Jake Cochrane showed his early season form finishing the series in 2nd. With Tokyo 2020 Olympian Liam Jegou taking the 3rd and final spot on the team.

Madison Corcoran (K1 Women) and Michaela Corcoran (C1 Women) were selected for the team in their respective classes. Having been unable to travel to London from their training base in the USA, they were selected for the team based on their outstanding 2021 performances.
