‘I would like to thank the membership for their recent engagement with our webinar and AGM. Input and feedback from members are a vital connection between Canoeing Ireland, it’s officers and the TDU Committee. As we move into 2021, we now have a very strong endorsement from the membership as to the future working role of the TDU and how it can be of support to Canoeing Ireland and its members. We look forward to bringing to life some exciting projects over the next year and will work to communicate well with the membership.
Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas and we look forward 2021 and positive returns to increased training, assessments, club development and working to ensure the safety of all on the water.
Finally, I would like to thank our CEO, Moira Aston and all the staff of Canoeing Ireland for their dedication and professional approaches to their work in what has been a very challenging year. Their support of the TDU is greatly appreciated by all of us.
