We are releasing the final workshops of our online series. There are are some more great workouts from Amy Walsh, and a brilliant sport psychology session with Sport Ireland Institute Psychologist Jessie Barr. Sessions are available to book for €5 for members, and €10 for non-members. There are several free sessions available as well, with an aim to improve some key aspects of our sport.
