As part of the ongoing development of the 2024-2028 Canoeing Ireland Strategic Plan the Board and CEO are inviting members and stakeholders to engage with us on the Strategies direction. To build on the brilliant success and momentum from the 2021-23 Strategy we are committed to creating a dynamic and innovative plan for the coming years, for which the input of our members will be invaluable.
The contribution of our members is a key factor in creating a cohesive strategy, reflecting the needs of all members, disciplines and communities in the sport. The information gathered from this survey will provide an important steering mechanism in the creation of the strategic priorities for the next four years. The survey seeks input on the key areas of – Strategic Goals, Member Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Programmes and Events, and Partnerships.
