In accordance with the Terms of Reference of the Canoeing Ireland Training and Development Unit, notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting (“AM”) of the Committee will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 13th of December 2023 via online meeting.
Trainee and Qualified Instructors & Coaches registered with Canoeing Ireland are eligible to attend and vote at the AM. Clubs / Providers should try to ensure that at least one club representative, eligible to vote, attends the AM.
Nominations must be submitted on the updated nomination form, which is available here.
Nominations for the following positions are invited:
Chairperson
Safety officer
Kayaker officer
General member
All Nominations / Motions / queries should be notified to the Training and Development Unit no later than close of business on the 6th of December 2023 by email to support@canoe.ie
The deadline to register is the 8th of December 2023. All confirmed registrants will be sent a link and information guide for accessing the meeting.
Meeting link will be sent to everyone who registers.
A valid membership is required to register. A one day licence is not accepted for this meeting
